A different recipe, with ingredients that will give a total turn to the typical hummus we know.

Ingredients

2 servings
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 300 grams of pumpkin
  • 1 pinch of Salt
  • 4 spoonfuls of olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoonful of cumin
  • 2 spoonfuls of tahini sauce
  • 150 grams of chickpea in concerva
  • 2 spoonfuls of lemon juice

    Preparation

    Cook the pumpkin until it is soft.
    Add all the ingredients in the food processor cup and form a puree.
    Serve the mixture and accompany with crackers or bread.

    TIPS

    If you use dried chickpeas, you have to soak them the night before and cook them until they are soft. If the mixture is dry add a few tablespoons of water.
