1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
1 cup quinoa, cooked
1 potato, cooked and peeled
1 beet, cooked and grated
3/4 cups spinach, cut into strips
1/2 cups oats, in flakes
1 teaspoon fresh ginger, ground
1 teaspoon garlic, ground
1/4 cups goat cheese
salt and pepper

In a bowl, mash the potatoes to create a puree and add all the ingredients except for the olive oil.
Form the burgers with the previous mixture and place them on a tray and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
Heat a skillet and add olive oil, fry the burgers until golden brown.
Serve hot.
