  • 30 grams butter
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 cups onion, finely chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • 400 grams spinach, finely sliced
  • 3/4 cups sour cream
  • 1/4 cups cow's milk
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoons Mccormick® ground nutmeg
  • Mccormick® ground black pepper, to taste
