  • 1 tablespoon of McCormick® Granulated Chicken Broth

  • 400 grams of spinach finely cut
  • 3/4 of Cup of cream
  • 1/4 of Cup of milk

  • 1/2 teaspoonful of McCormick® Ground Nutmeg
  • McCormick® Ground Black Pepper to taste

    Preparation

    Add the butter and oil to a pan.
    Add the onion and garlic. Add McCormick® Chicken Broth
    Add spinach, cream, milk and mix until integrated.
    Add the thyme, nutmeg and pepper. Cook for 5 minutes or until lightly thickened, remove from heat.
