Ingredients

2 portions
  • 1 tablespoon McCormick® Granulated Chicken Broth
  • 30 grams butter
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 cups onion, finely chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • 400 grams spinach, finely cut
  • 3/4 cups cream
  • 1/4 cups milk
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoons McCormick® Ground Nutmeg
  • McCormick® Ground Black Pepper, to taste

Preparation

Add the butter and oil to a pan.
Add the onion and garlic. Add McCormick® Chicken Broth
Add spinach, cream, milk and mix until integrated.
Add the thyme, nutmeg and pepper. Cook for 5 minutes or until lightly thickened, remove from heat.

PRESENTATION

You can present this dish in a peasant bread.

TIPS
