Easy and delicious spinach and apple salad. Try this recipe with your guests; it is quick to make and adds a very elegant touch to your dinner or meal.
While waiting for the spinach to be disinfected, place the olive oil, honey, and mint in a medium-sized covered container. Mix well.
Cut the apples, immediately place them in the previous mixture (making sure the apples are well coated) and cover the container to prevent them from turning brown. Let them sit for 5 to 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, coarsely chop the peanuts and cranberries. Set aside.
Place the grill or a skillet over high heat and grill the previously marinated pears (they will turn golden). Once grilled, return them to the container with the rest of the mixture and set aside.
Drain and roughly tear the spinach by hand.
