Preparation
Perfectly washes and disinfects spinach.
While waiting for the spinach to be disinfected, place the olive oil with the honey and mint in a medium sized container with a lid. Mix perfectly.
Cut the apples, place them immediately in the previous mixture (making sure that the apples are covered perfectly with the mixture) and cover the container to prevent them from turning black. Let them stand for 5 to 10 min.
Meanwhile, cut the peanuts and cranberries roughly. Reservation.
Place the grill or a pan over high heat and roast the pears previously marinated (they will take a golden color). Once roasted, return them to the container with the rest of the mixture and reserve.
Drain and roughly cut spinach with your hands.
