2 tomatoes
2 cloves garlic
1/2 onions
2 serrano chiles
30 grams fresh cilantro
1/2 teaspoons granulated chicken bouillon
1 pinch salt
1 pinch black pepper
fresh white cheese
1 tablespoon unsalted butter

Cook the zucchini until soft and remove the pulp from the center.
Finely chop the cilantro, tomato, onion, garlic, and chilies.
In a skillet, melt the butter, add the onion with the garlic and serrano chili.
Once the onion is almost transparent, add the tomato and cilantro.
Once everything is mixed, season with chicken bouillon powder, salt, and black pepper. Let it cook on low heat for 10 minutes.
Stuff the zucchini and add the white cheese on top. Serve.
