Ingredients

4 portions
  • 4 zucchini
  • 2 roma tomatoes
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 onions
  • 2 serrano peppers
  • 30 grams fresh coriander
  • 1/2 teaspoons chicken bouillon
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper
  • to taste White cheese
  • 1 tablespoon butter

Preparation

Cook the zucchini so that they are soft and remove the pulp from the center.
Chop the cilantro, tomato, onion, garlic and chillies very finely.
In a pan, melt the butter, add the onion with the garlic and the chile serrano.
Since the onion is almost transparent add the tomato and cilantro.
