Roasted Sweet Potato Chips

These roasted sweet potato chips are a delicious, healthy, and easy veggie snack. Perfect for an outdoor afternoon, they will be very tasty with the flavor that olive oil and sea salt give them. We recommend slicing the sweet potato thinly and grilling for 15 to 20 minutes so that your chips turn out perfect.

  • Prepare your Weber® grill for direct medium heat (350° - 450°F or 175° - 232°C).
  • Rub the sweet potatoes with cold water and dry them very well with paper towels. Cut them into thin slices about 1 cm thick. Lightly brush with olive oil and season with salt to taste.
  • Transfer the sweet potato slices to your grill over direct heat, with the lid closed, until they are soft and grill-marked, about 15 to 20 minutes. Flip them occasionally.
  • To serve, you can accompany with chipotle mayonnaise to taste.
