These roasted sweet potato chips are a very tasty, healthy and easy to prepare veggie snack. Perfect for an afternoon outdoors, they will be very tasty with the touch of flavor that olive oil and sea salt gives them. Preparation

Prepare your Weber® grill for direct medium heat (350 ° - 450 ° F or 175 ° - 232 ° C).
Rub the sweet potatoes with cold water and dry them very well with paper towels. Cut them into thin slices about 1 cm thick. Lightly varnish with olive oil and season with salt to taste.
Transfer the sweet potato slices to your grill over direct heat, with the lid closed, until they are soft and marked by the grill, approximately 15 to 20 minutes. Turn them occasionally.
To serve, you can accompany with chipotle mayonnaise to taste.
