Despite our efforts to eat healthier and lose weight, snacks always tempt us. We all would like to enjoy snacks or desserts that are low in fat but still taste good. That's why I love this recipe, delicious and healthy at the same time.
Wash the sweet potato, scrub it with a brush. Remove the skin with a knife or peeler, and cut into very thin slices. If you have a mandoline, use it to make them uniformly.
In a large pot, pour plenty of olive oil, wait until it is very hot and place the sweet potato slices until they are crispy. Be careful not to let them burn or become soggy.
As soon as you take them out of the oil, sprinkle with salt to taste, let them cool, and they are ready to enjoy.
