Despite the efforts we make to eat healthier and lose weight, snacks always tempt us. We would all like to eat snacks or desserts without fat but that taste good. That's why I love this recipe, rich and healthy at the same time.

Ingredients

35 portions
  • 2 yellow sweet potatoes, or fresh orange
  • to taste sea salt
  • to taste olive oil

Preparation

Wash the sweet potato, tap it with a brush. Remove the peel with a knife or peeler and cut into very thin slices. If you have a mandolin, help yourself to do them in a standardized way.
In a large pot pour plenty of olive oil, wait until it is very hot and place the slices of sweet potato until they are crispy. Be careful not to burn, or to remain watery.
As soon as you put them out of the oil, you put them to your liking, leave them to cool and they are ready to taste.

PRESENTATION

Accompany with your favorite dip or dressing.

TIPS

When you put the slices in the oil it is preferable to move constantly so that the potatoes do not stick and they are fried in groups. Remember to remove them when they look golden, although it seems they are missing is preferable. Already outside they will take the ideal crunchy consistency.
