Vegetable Tempura

Serve the vegetables in a different way and you won’t get bored with food. With these vegetable tempura, you will love vegetables, and so will your family.

  • 3/4 cups beer
  • 3/4 cups flour
  • salt
  • 1 sweet potato, peeled and sliced
  • vegetable oil
  • 1 bell pepper, thick julienne sliced
  • 6 asparagus, clean
  • soy
Preparation

  • In a bowl, combine beer, flour, and salt, mix.
  • Heat the oil until it reaches a temperature of 375ºF.
  • Add the peppers, sweet potatoes, and asparagus to the mixture.
  • Remove and fry for 3 minutes.
  • Transfer the tempura and place on paper towels, season with salt.
  • Serve with soy sauce.
