3/4 cups beer
3/4 cups flour
salt
1 sweet potato, peeled and sliced
vegetable oil
1 bell pepper, thick julienne sliced
6 asparagus, clean
soy
Preparation

In a bowl, combine beer, flour, and salt, mix.
Heat the oil until it reaches a temperature of 375ºF.
Add the peppers, sweet potatoes, and asparagus to the mixture.
Remove and fry for 3 minutes.
Transfer the tempura and place on paper towels, season with salt.
Serve with soy sauce.
