Preparation
In a bowl combine beer, flour and salt, mix.
Put to heat the oil until it has a temperature of 375ºF.
Put the peppers, sweet potatoes and asparagus in the mixture.
Remove and fry for 3 minutes.
Transfer the tempura and put on absorbent paper season with salt.
Serve with soy sauce.
