Vegetable Soufflé

  • 2 cups broccoli, cooked and chopped
  • 2 cups carrot , cooked and chopped
  • 4 cups Mozzarella cheese, grated
  • 3 cups cow's milk
  • 2 tablespoons oregano
  • 2 pinches pepper

  • We start by blending the bread with the milk until forming a homogeneous mixture that is not too thick, and we place it in a deep mold. We mix the broccoli, carrot, beaten eggs, butter, tuna, and cheese, mix very well, and finish mixing the rest of the ingredients.
  • We put the mixture in a buttered loaf pan, sprinkle oregano and grated cheese, and take it to the preheated oven at 250ºC.
  • We let it bake for 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out dry.
