Ingredients

8 portions
  • 2 cups broccoli, cooked and chopped
  • 2 cups carrot, cooked and chopped
  • 4 cups mozzarella cheese, grated
  • 3 cups milk
  • 2 tablespoons oregano
  • 2 pinches black pepper

Preparation

We start by blending the bread with the milk until it forms a homogeneous mass but is not so thick, we place it in a deep mold. We mix the broccoli, the carrot, the beaten eggs, the butter, the tuna and the cheese, mix very well and finish mixing the rest of the ingredients.
We put the mixture in a buttered bread mold, sprinkle oregano and grated cheese, put in a pre-heated oven at 250ºC.
Leave for 30 minutes or until when inserting a toothpick it comes out dry.

En los ingredientes no mencionan ATUN y ya en los pasos del procedimiento mencionan el atún! Que pasa con aquellas personas que suben la receta y no se fijan
