We start by blending the bread with the milk until forming a homogeneous mixture that is not too thick, and we place it in a deep mold. We mix the broccoli, carrot, beaten eggs, butter, tuna, and cheese, mix very well, and finish mixing the rest of the ingredients. We put the mixture in a buttered loaf pan, sprinkle oregano and grated cheese, and take it to the preheated oven at 250ºC.
