Stuffed Italian Zucchini

Stuffed zucchini are perfect to share as a starter during mealtime, as a main dish, or as a snack; they are delicious and truly healthy, try them, you will love them.

  • 6 zucchinis, medium italian
  • 250 grams turkey deli ham
  • 1/4 white onions, finely chopped
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons chicken broth, powder
  • 1/4 cups cow's milk
  • pepper, to taste
  • 200 grams panela cheese
  • olive oil

  • Put the zucchini, halved lengthwise, in a pot to boil.
  • Once they start to soften, use a small spoon to scrape out the pulp of the zucchini and set aside.
  • In a skillet, add a splash of olive oil and sauté the finely chopped onion.
  • Chop the pulp of the zucchini and add it to the mixture above.
  • Next, chop the ham and add it to the skillet, adding the chicken broth powder, pepper, and gradually the milk.
  • Once all the ingredients are incorporated, remove from heat.
  • Fill a baking dish with the zucchini and stuff them with the prepared mixture, grating a little panela cheese on top.
