6 zucchinis, medium italian
250 grams turkey deli ham
1/4 white onions, finely chopped
1 1/2 teaspoons chicken broth, powder
1/4 cups cow's milk
pepper, to taste
200 grams panela cheese
olive oil

Put the zucchini, halved lengthwise, in a pot to boil.
Once they start to soften, use a small spoon to scrape out the pulp of the zucchini and set aside.
In a skillet, add a splash of olive oil and sauté the finely chopped onion.
Chop the pulp of the zucchini and add it to the mixture above.
Next, chop the ham and add it to the skillet, adding the chicken broth powder, pepper, and gradually the milk.
Once all the ingredients are incorporated, remove from heat.
Fill a baking dish with the zucchini and stuff them with the prepared mixture, grating a little panela cheese on top.
