1 1/2 cups Sos® kids rice
190 grams cream cheese
1 Poblano chile, in slices
1 cup corn kernels
1 zucchini, cooked and cut into cubes
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 1/2 cups water
1/4 onions, finely chopped
1 sprig parsley
1 clove garlic, chopped

Heat the oil and fry the rice until slightly golden along with the garlic and onion; remove excess fat and set aside.
Add the boiling water, parsley sprig, and powdered broth; cover and cook on low heat for 25 minutes or until the liquid is absorbed.
Place half of the rice in a greased ring mold, pressing down with a spoon; spread the vegetables and cream cheese cubes.
Add the rest of the rice and press down with a spoon. Unmold and serve.
Garnish with vegetables and parsley on top.
