1 1/2 cups rice, soaked in hot water and drained
3 tablespoons Primavera® Cook Without Salt margarine
3 1/4 cups water
1/4 onions
1 clove garlic
1 cube Knorr® granulated chicken bouillon
1 cup carrot, cooked and diced
1 cup peas, cooked

Drain and dry the rice thoroughly. Melt the Margarina Primavera® Cocina sin sal and fry the rice until it is slightly golden.
Separately, blend 1 cup of water with the onion, garlic, and Knorr® Suiza Chicken Bouillon cube.
Pour the above into the pot with the rice and cook over medium-low heat for 5 minutes.
Add the remaining water, increase the heat, and wait for it to come to a boil.
Reduce the heat to minimum, cover, and cook on low for 15 minutes.
Add the vegetables, mix carefully, and cook covered for 10 more minutes or until the rice is well cooked and the water has completely evaporated.
