With this White Rice you can accompany all your dishes ✅, it is a very easy recipe to prepare that can not be missing from the table of any home 👌.

Ingredients

6 portions
  • 1 1/2 cups rice, soaked in hot water and drained
  • 3 tablespoons Margarina Primavera® Salt-Free Cooking
  • 3 1/4 cups Water
  • 1/4 onions
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 Cube Knorr® Switzerland Chicken Broth
  • 1 cup carrot, cooked and cubed
  • 1 cup pea, Cooked

Preparation

Drain and dry the rice perfectly. Melt the Margarine Primavera® Cook without salt and fry the rice until lightly browned.
In addition, liquefy 1 cup of water with the onion, garlic and cube of Knorr® Switzerland Chicken broth.
Pour the above into the pot with the rice and cook over medium low heat for 5 minutes.
Add the remaining water, raise the heat and wait for it to boil.
Reduce the heat to a minimum, cover and cook at low heat for 15 minutes.
Add the vegetables, mix carefully and cook covered for 10 more minutes or until the rice is well cooked and the water has evaporated completely.

TIPS

Let stand about 5 minutes before serving.

Excelente receta, me salio a la primera, mi unico consejo seria agragarle 1 taza de caldo de pollo o fondo de gallina por el knorr suiza. Saludosssss.
