Wild Rice

A delicious wild rice with slices of Parmesan cheese that enhance its flavor and is perfect to accompany your dishes. This type of rice contains a lot of fiber, which is very good for your body.

  • 1 cup wild rice
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 tablespoons granulated chicken bouillon
  • 3 cups water
  • 100 grams Parmesan cheese, in slices

  • In a pot, heat the oil and sauté the garlic.
  • Add the wild rice and sauté for 2-3 minutes.
  • Add the water and the Knorr Swiss and bring to a boil until the rice has absorbed all the liquid. Check that the rice is ready, and if not, add 1 more cup of water.
  • Serve with slices of Parmesan.
