1 envelope Knorr® Mi Arroz® White Rice Seasoning
1 1/2 cups chicken broth
1 cup porcini mushroom, dehydrated
1 tablespoon salt
1 leaf bay
3 tablespoons butter
3/4 cups onion, finely chopped
1/2 cups carrot, finely chopped
2 cloves ground garlic
1 pepper, to taste

Heat the chicken broth in a pot over medium heat, remove from heat and add the mushrooms. Let the mushrooms hydrate for at least 20 minutes.
Remove the mushrooms from the broth and chop finely (reserve the broth).
In a pot, bring 2 1/2 cups of water to a boil. Add the bay leaf, salt, Mi Arroz Sazonador, and the rice. Cook the rice for 45 minutes or until cooked.
In a large skillet, melt the butter and sauté the onion, carrot, mushrooms, garlic, and marjoram for 5 minutes.
Add the rice and the porcini broth and cook for 10 minutes (almost all the liquid should be absorbed).
Season with salt and pepper and serve.
