1 kilo zucchini, green
1/2 kilos tomatillo
3 cloves garlic
1/2 slices onion
1/4 liters sour cream
1 teaspoon granulated chicken bouillon, or salt
2 tablespoons butter
1 sprig fresh cilantro
Preparation

Wash and disinfect all the vegetables.
Chop the onion and garlic into pieces, as well as the zucchinis and the tomato.
Add butter, garlic, and onion to the pan.
Add the zucchinis and the tomato
Season it with Knorr Swiss or salt, the amount you prefer
Add the cream and cilantro, and it's ready.
