Zucchini Mexican Style with Cream

To enjoy a very healthy side dish, prepare these zucchini Mexican style; they will be the perfect complement to your meals.

  • 1 kilo zucchini, green
  • 1/2 kilos tomatillo
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 slices onion
  • 1/4 liters sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon granulated chicken bouillon, or salt
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 sprig fresh cilantro

  • Wash and disinfect all the vegetables.
  • Chop the onion and garlic into pieces, as well as the zucchinis and the tomato.
  • Add butter, garlic, and onion to the pan.
  • Add the zucchinis and the tomato
  • Season it with Knorr Swiss or salt, the amount you prefer
  • Add the cream and cilantro, and it's ready.
