3 cups chicken broth
3 cups water
250 grams chicken breast, unraveled
2 chives, chopped
2 cloves garlic
1 slice fresh ginger
3 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
1 tablespoon soy sauce
4 shiitake mushrooms, or mushrooms
1/2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds

In a large pot over medium heat, heat the water, chicken broth and chicken.
Add the chives, garlic, ginger, and coriander. Cover and cook for 20 minutes.
Add the mushrooms, soy sauce and cook over low heat for 10 more minutes.
Serve the soup in individual soup plates.
