A rich chicken broth with an Asian touch thanks to ginger and soy sauce.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 3 cups chicken soup
  • 3 cups Water
  • 250 grams chicken breast, shredded
  • 2 chives, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 slice fresh ginger
  • 3 tablespoons fresh coriander, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 4 shitake mushrooms, or mushrooms
  • 1/2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds

Preparation

In a large saucepan over medium heat heat the water, chicken stock and chicken.
Add the scallion, garlic, ginger and cilantro. Cover and cook for 20 minutes.
Add mushrooms, soy sauce and cook over low heat for 10 more minutes.
Serve the soup in individual soup dishes.

PRESENTATION

Decorate the dish with toasted sesame seeds.

TIPS

You can add noodles to this soup.
