50 grams Gruyère cheese
50 grams double cream cheese
1 cup fresh cream
1/2 cups cow's milk
2 avocados
1 lime
1 sprig spearmint
2 tablespoons dry chicken broth or bouillon
1 tablespoon pepper, to taste
1/2 cups cow's milk, LALA

In a pot, bring two cups of water to a boil and add 2 tablespoons of chicken broth powder, stir well and simmer for 5 minutes.
Wash the avocados and the mint. Remove all the pulp from the avocados.
In a blender, mix the avocados, one cup of chicken broth, the mint, the lemon juice, the cream, the milk, the cheese, and salt and pepper to taste.
Blend until you obtain a thick cream. Place in the refrigerator for 1 hour and serve.
