Avocado Cream

Avocado cream is a typical dish from Michoacán. This recipe contains cheese, avocado, cream, and spices.

  • 50 grams Gruyère cheese
  • 50 grams double cream cheese
  • 1 cup fresh cream
  • 1/2 cups cow's milk
  • 2 avocados
  • 1 lime
  • 1 sprig spearmint
  • 2 tablespoons dry chicken broth or bouillon
  • 1 tablespoon pepper, to taste
  • 1/2 cups cow's milk, LALA

  • In a pot, bring two cups of water to a boil and add 2 tablespoons of chicken broth powder, stir well and simmer for 5 minutes.
  • Wash the avocados and the mint. Remove all the pulp from the avocados.
  • In a blender, mix the avocados, one cup of chicken broth, the mint, the lemon juice, the cream, the milk, the cheese, and salt and pepper to taste.
  • Blend until you obtain a thick cream. Place in the refrigerator for 1 hour and serve.
