Preparation
In a pot, boil two cups of water and add 2 tablespoons of chicken broth powder, stir well and simmer for 5 minutes.
Wash the avocados and the mint. Remove all the pulp from the avocados.
In a blender mix avocados, a cup of chicken stock, peppermint, lemon juice, cream, milk, cheese and salt and pepper to taste.
Blend until you get a thick cream. Put in the refrigerator for 1 hour and serve.
