  • Pam® Original, canola oil spray
  • 2 liters water
  • 4 tablespoons chicken bullion
  • 12 tortillas, cut into strips
  • 5 tomatoes
  • 3 teaspoons onion, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon parsley, finely chopped
  • 4 pasilla chiles, sliced
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • 1/2 cups panela cheese, grated
  • 3/4 cups low-fat sour cream
  • salt
  • pepper

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  • Add 4 tablespoons of chicken bouillon powder to 2 liters of water.
  • Blend the tomato with the garlic.
  • Spray the tortilla strips with 4 shots of PAM® Original and bake for 10 minutes.
  • In a saucepan, heat the blended tomato, add the garlic and onion, add the broth, parsley, and two ground and strained chiles. Season with salt and pepper and let simmer for 15 minutes.
