Ingredients

4 portions
  • PAM® Original, Canola oil spray
  • 2 liters Water
  • 4 tablespoons chicken consommé
  • 12 tortillas, cut into strips
  • 5 tomatoes
  • 3 teaspoons onion, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon parsley, finely chopped
  • 4 pasilla chili peppers, sliced
  • 1 avocado, chopped into cubes
  • 1/2 cups panela cheese, grated
  • 3/4 cups low fat sour cream
  • salt
  • black pepper

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
Add the 4 tablespoons chicken bouillon powder in 2 liters of water.
Blend the tomato with the garlic.
Spray the tortilla strips with 4 shots of PAM® Original and bake for 10 minutes.
In a saucepan heat the ground tomato add the garlic and onion, add the broth, parsley and two ground and strained chilies. Season with salt and pepper and simmer for 15 minutes.

PRESENTATION

Serve the soup with tortilla strips, pieces of pasilla chili, avocado, cheese and cream.

TIPS

The chicken broth can be used as a base for several dishes, remember to degrease it before using it. A simple way to degrease it is to put it in the refrigerator and it will be easier to remove the fat.

hoy la prepare Hoy realizamos esta receta, sólo que primero sofreimos el jitomate, el chile, el ajo y la cebolla juntos y despues todo esto lo licuamos y colamos, y a todos nos encanto.
