  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1/4 onions
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 cups tomato, in quarters
  • 4 guajillo chiles, without veins and seeds, hydrated
  • 1 liter chicken broth
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 package La Moderna® Sign Soup, 200 g
  • Oaxaca cheese, shredded, for decoration
  • sour cream, for decoration
  • avocado, in cubes, for decoration
  • pasilla chile, fried, in slices, for decoration
  • pork rinds, chopped, for decoration

  • Heat the oil in a pot over medium heat. Add the onion, garlic, and tomato and cook for 5 minutes or until slightly golden. Add the guajillo pepper, chicken broth, salt, and pepper and cook for 10 minutes.
  • Blend the onion, garlic, tomato, guajillo, and broth. Set aside.
  • Heat a little oil in a pot over medium heat, add La Moderna® Sopa de señas, sauté for a bit and when slightly golden, pour in the blended broth.
  • Serve some of the broth with La Moderna® Sopa de señas in a bowl. Decorate with Oaxaca cheese, sour cream, avocado, pasilla pepper, and chicharrón.
