Barley and Meat Soup

This recipe is typical of winter, it is delicious and nutritious. This soup carries turnip, pore, barley, celery, carrot and rich veal meat. A broth with a lot of flavor since the flavors are concentrated by the long cooking it takes. It is very rewarding and delicious, you have to prepare it and share it with everyone at home.

  • 300 grams veal
  • 100 grams carrot
  • 100 grams turnip
  • 1 leek
  • 1 onion
  • 150 grams celery
  • 100 grams barley, pearly
  • 1/4 cups tomato purée
  • 25 grams butter
  • 1 sprig parsley

  • Cut the meat into cubes and cook with 2 liters of water, season with salt and pepper. Add the barley, cook all this for 2 hours.
  • Cut the vegetables into small dice, sauté them with butter, put the tomato puree and add to the stew after cooking.
  • Add a pinch of chopped parsley and rectify the seasoning.
