This recipe is typical of winter, it is delicious and nutritious. This soup carries turnip, pore, barley, celery, carrot and rich veal meat.   • 300 grams of veal
  • 100 grams of carrot
  • 100 grams of turnip
  • 1 leek
  • 1 onion
  • 150 grams of celery
  • 100 grams of barley pearly
  • 1/4 of Cup of tomato puree
  • 25 grams of Butter
  • 1 branch of parsley

    Preparation

    Cut the meat into cubes and cook with 2 liters of water, season with salt and pepper. Add the barley, cook all this for 2 hours.
    Cut the vegetables into small dice, sauté them with butter, put the tomato puree and add to the stew after cooking.
    Add a pinch of chopped parsley and rectify the seasoning.
