Bean Cream with Panela Cheese

This bean cream recipe will always get you out of any hurry at mealtime, its texture and taste is incomparable, try it at mealtime, you'll love it.

  • 2 cups black beans, cooked in its broth
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted margarine, LALA®
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, finely chopped
  • 2 cups table cream, LALA®
  • 2 pinches salt
  • 1 cup tortillas, cut into strips and fried
  • 1 cup panela cheese, LALA®
  • 4 pasilla chiles, cut into strips and fried

  • Grind the cooked beans in a blender with a little of the cooking liquid, reserve.
  • Heat the LALA® salt-free margarine in a medium saucepan and fry the garlic until it changes color. Be very careful not to burn.
  • Add the ground beans and cook on low heat for 5 minutes.
  • Add the half cream LALA®, mix perfectly and season. Cook for 5 minutes.
  • Serve the cream in a deep dish, place a little of the fried tortilla and the LALA® panela cheese cut into cubes.
  • Garnish with strips of fried chili.
