2 cups black beans, cooked in its broth
2 tablespoons unsalted margarine, LALA®
1 teaspoon garlic, finely chopped
2 cups table cream, LALA®
2 pinches salt
1 cup tortillas, cut into strips and fried
1 cup panela cheese, LALA®
4 pasilla chiles, cut into strips and fried

Blend the cooked beans with a little of the cooking liquid in a blender, set aside.
Heat unsalted LALA® margarine in a medium pot and fry the garlic until it changes color. Be careful not to burn it.
Add the ground beans and cook over low heat for 5 minutes.
Add the LALA® half cream, mix perfectly, and season. Cook for 5 minutes.
Serve the cream in a deep plate, place some of the fried tortilla and the LALA® panela cheese cut into cubes.
Garnish with strips of fried chili.
