Ingredients

6 portions
  • 2 cups black bean, cooked in its broth
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted margarine, LALA®
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, finely chopped
  • 2 cups half and half cream, LALA®
  • 2 pinches salt
  • 1 cup tortilla, cut into strips and fried
  • 1 cup panela cheese, LALA®
  • 4 pasilla chili peppers, cut into strips and fried

Preparation

Grind the cooked beans in a blender with a little of the cooking liquid, reserve.
Heat the LALA® salt-free margarine in a medium saucepan and fry the garlic until it changes color. Be very careful not to burn.
Add the ground beans and cook on low heat for 5 minutes.
Add the half cream LALA®, mix perfectly and season. Cook for 5 minutes.
Serve the cream in a deep dish, place a little of the fried tortilla and the LALA® panela cheese cut into cubes.
Garnish with strips of fried chili.

PRESENTATION

Serve in deep dish

TIPS

If the cream is very thick, add more bean broth or milk.
