Bean Soup

A delicious and filling soup of white beans (beans) and ham.

  • 1 cup white bean
  • 1 cup turkey deli ham, cut into cubes
  • 1 cup leek, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 clove garlic
  • pepper, to taste

  • In a large pot heat the oil and brown the pore and garlic for 5 minutes.
  • Add the ham and beans and add water until the beans are 100% covered.
  • Cook until the soup boils and lower the heat to continue cooking for 1 hour or until the beans are soft.
