In a pot over medium heat, lightly roast the onion along with the garlic and tomato. Remove from heat and blend thoroughly with the beans and water. Strain and return to the pot.
Raise the heat and add the cubes of Knorr® Switzerland Chicken Broth. Bring to a boil.
Once boiling, add the pumpkin and carrot. Boil for 5 more minutes. Remove from heat, cover, and let rest for a couple of minutes. Serve immediately.
