Bean soup

If you have a craving for a bean soup you have to try this recipe, we put pumpkins and carrots to give it a spectacular taste that your family will love.

  • 2 cubes Knorr® granulated chicken bouillon
  • 11/2 cups black beans, Cooked
  • 2 tomatoes, cut in quarters
  • 1/4 cups onion, cut into medium cubes
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 pumpkin, cut into cubes
  • 1 carrot, cut into thin slices
  • 3 cups water

  • In a saucepan over medium heat lightly roast the onion together with the garlic and the tomato. Remove from heat and blend perfectly with beans and water. Strain and return to the pot.
  • Raise the heat and integrate cubes from Knorr® Switzerland Chicken Broth. Bring to a boil.
  • Once boiled add the pumpkin and carrot. Boil for 5 more minutes. Remove from heat, cover and let stand a couple of minutes. Serve immediately.
