In a saucepan over medium heat lightly roast the onion together with the garlic and the tomato. Remove from heat and blend perfectly with beans and water. Strain and return to the pot.
Raise the heat and integrate cubes from Knorr® Switzerland Chicken Broth. Bring to a boil.
Once boiled add the pumpkin and carrot. Boil for 5 more minutes. Remove from heat, cover and let stand a couple of minutes. Serve immediately.
