1 drizzle olive oil
1 stick onion, finely chopped
1 stick red bell pepper, seedless and chopped
2 dash garlic, chopped
1 drizzle cumin, powdered
1 drizzle oregano, powdered
4 glasses chicken broth
2 drizzle chipotle chile, chopped
1/2 glasses tomato, fresh chopped
1 drizzle fresh cilantro, fresh chopped
1/2 glasses sour cream
1/4 drizzle salt

1 cup pinto bean, previously cooked

Heat oil in a large pot and cook the onion and peppers until golden, about 10 minutes.
Add the garlic, cumin, and oregano and cook for 1 more minute.
Add the broth, beans, and chile and cook until it starts to boil. Lower the heat and cook for 20 minutes. Remove from heat.
Blend half of the soup and return to the pot. Heat again and serve.
