350 grams broccoli
400 milliliters vegetable broth
25 grams butter
4 green onions
50 grams blue cheese
100 milliliters double cream
1 pinch pepper
1 pinch salt
nutmegs
pieces of bread, in croutons (optional)

Slice the broccoli and place it in a saucepan. Pour the vegetable broth over it and let it rest.
Melt the butter in a hot skillet and cook the green onions for about 4 minutes.
Add to a food processor or blender with the blue cheese and blend until creamy.
Cook the entire mixture in a pot and season with salt and pepper.
