Chicken Pozole

The traditional chicken pozole, this pozole is thought so that children can also eat it, you can add chili powder, radish and lettuce according to your preference.

  • 1/2 cups onion, chopped
  • 1 kilo boneless chicken breast, shredded
  • 3 cans chicken broth
  • 3 cans hominy corn
  • 1/2 cups fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 200 grams queso fresco
  • 1 cup tomato sauce
  • 2 limes

  • In a pan add oil and heat the onion until it is nicely fried.
  • Add the chicken, the broth, the pozolero corn and the tomato sauce.
  • Wait for it to boil, reduce the heat and keep on a gentle heat with the lid.
  • Add a pinch of coriander to get flavor.
  • Serve the pozole and top with the sprinkled fresh cheese and a little coriander.
  • Add a few drops of lemon and go.
