The traditional chicken pozole, this pozole is thought so that children can also eat it, you can add chili powder, radish and lettuce according to your preference.

1/2 cups onion, chopped
1 kilo boneless chicken breast, shredded
3 cans chicken broth
3 cans hominy corn
1/2 cups fresh cilantro, chopped
200 grams queso fresco
1 cup tomato sauce
2 limes
Preparation

In a pan add oil and heat the onion until it is nicely fried.
Add the chicken, the broth, the pozolero corn and the tomato sauce.
Wait for it to boil, reduce the heat and keep on a gentle heat with the lid.
Add a pinch of coriander to get flavor.
Serve the pozole and top with the sprinkled fresh cheese and a little coriander.
Add a few drops of lemon and go.
