  • Peel and cut the carrots as you like.
  • Place them in a saucepan with the butter until it melts.
  • In the saucepan, pour in the milk and mineral water and season with salt and pepper (optional), leaving it on the heat until the carrots are tender.
  • Blend the carrots in the blender until creamy. Serve hot.
