1 kilo carrot
30 grams butter
1 liter sparkling water
1 cup cow's milk
1/2 tablespoons pepper, optional

Peel and cut the carrots as you like.
Place them in a saucepan with the butter until it melts.
In the saucepan, pour in the milk and mineral water and season with salt and pepper (optional), leaving it on the heat until the carrots are tender.
Blend the carrots in the blender until creamy. Serve hot.
