2 cups carrot, peeled
2 cups chicken broth
1/4 tablespoons fresh thyme
1 clove garlic
1 tablespoon flour
2 cups cow's milk
1 pinch nutmeg
2 tablespoons butter

In a pot, mix the carrot, chicken broth, thyme, and garlic, and cook over high heat until it boils.
Lower the heat, cover the pot, and cook for 10 minutes.
Blend the soup in small batches until well pureed.
Add the flour to the pot and gradually add the milk. Now add the carrot and thyme and cook until it boils.
Remove from heat and mix in the butter, seasoning with salt. Serve.
