10 carrots, peeled and scraped
1 1/2 tablespoons sugar
2 cups water
3 tablespoons whole-wheat flour
1 pinch nutmeg powder
pinches salt
pepper
4 cups low-fat milk
6 sprigs fresh parsley

Put water in a saucepan, add the carrot and sugar, cover the saucepan and simmer (20 minutes).
Drain the carrots, leaving a little liquid in them.
In another saucepan, mix salt, pepper, whole wheat flour, milk, and nutmeg. Cook and stir until the sauce thickens.
Blend the carrot along with the sauce, adding the liquid left from the carrots.
