300 grams cauliflower
120 grams leek, (white part)
1 1/2 liters cow's milk
40 grams butter
40 grams flour
150 milliliters sour cream
2 egg yolks

Put the butter in a pot over low heat and let it melt before gradually adding the flour, incorporating it.
Add the cream to the mixture. Be careful not to overheat the sauce so it doesn't darken.
Cook the cauliflower in salted water.
Blend the soup with the cream mixture and add the egg yolks.
