1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1/4 onions, chopped
2 cups spinach, chopped
3/4 cups corn kernels, (can be natural or precooked)
5 cups chicken broth
1/2 chicken breasts, cooked and shucked
salt, to taste

In a hot saucepan with oil, sauté the onion.
When it starts to look transparent, add spinach and corn kernels.
Cook over medium heat for 2 minutes. Add the chicken broth and cook until it boils.
Add the shredded chicken and rectify the seasoning, everything will depend on your chicken stock.
