Chipotle Bean Cream

This Mexican dish is ideal for bean lovers.

  • 1 can black beans, drained
  • 2 tablespoons chipotle chile, ground
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1/4 teaspoons oregano, dry
  • 1 teaspoon granulated chicken bouillon
  • salt, to taste
  • 2 cups tortillas, fried and in strips
  • 1/2 cups Avocados from México, in cubes
  • 1/2 cups pork rinds, in pieces
  • pepper, to taste
  • 190 grams cream cheese, Philadelphia® by Kraft®

  • BLEND the beans, Philadelphia® Cream Cheese by Kraft®, ground chipotles, and broth
  • POUR into a saucepan, add oregano and cook for 5 min.
  • ADJUST the seasoning with chicken concentrate, salt, and pepper; cook for 5 more min.
  • SERVE in each plate 1/4 cup of fried tortilla and a portion of cream.
  • GARNISH with avocado cubes and chicharrón.
