Cilantro green cream

This recipe is for a delicious cilantro cream which you can mix with cream and cheese. It's a perfect way to start your meal with a very good taste.

  • 1 tablespoon pine nuts
  • 2 teaspoons canola oil
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper powder
  • 1/2 red onions, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon table salt
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 bunch fresh cilantro
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cups white wine
  • 4 cups Knorr® granulated chicken bouillon

  • Heat the oil in a saucepan, sauté the garlic, onion, and cilantro.
  • Add the white wine, wait for it to reduce a bit, then add the chicken broth, the cream, and mix everything well.
  • Cook for a couple of minutes and then transfer to the blender.
  • Blend well and return to the pot.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • If desired, serve accompanied by pine nuts.
