Heat the oil in a saucepan, sauté the garlic, onion, and cilantro. Add the white wine, wait for it to reduce a bit, then add the chicken broth, the cream, and mix everything well. Cook for a couple of minutes and then transfer to the blender. Blend well and return to the pot. Season with salt and pepper. If desired, serve accompanied by pine nuts.
