Cold Avocado and Yogurt Soup

  • 17.6 ounces FAGE® Total 0% greek style yogurt
  • 3 avocados, ripe
  • 1 lime, (juice)
  • 1 liter cow's milk
  • 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoons nutmeg, freshly grated
  • 1/2 teaspoons fresh chives, chopped for garnish
  • Tabasco sauce, to taste
  • salt, and pepper to taste
  • 2 ounces croutons

  • Peel and cut the avocado into pieces and place in a food processor.
  • Pour in the lemon juice, add the rest of the ingredients, and process until smooth.
  • Refrigerate for 2 hours before serving.
