3 avocados, ripe
1 lime, (juice)
1 liter cow's milk
1 tablespoon fresh cilantro, chopped
1/4 teaspoons nutmeg, freshly grated
1/2 teaspoons fresh chives, chopped for garnish
Tabasco sauce, to taste
salt, and pepper to taste
2 ounces croutons

Peel and cut the avocado into pieces and place in a food processor.
Pour in the lemon juice, add the rest of the ingredients, and process until smooth.
Refrigerate for 2 hours before serving.
