Cold Melon and Mint Soup

1/3 cups Extra Special® natural greek style yogurt
1/2 cups whipping cream
1 teaspoon ginger, grated
1/4 teaspoons nutmeg
1 tablespoon peppermint
1 pinch Great Value® plain salt
4 skewers, of melon pearls
4 slices Extra Special® iberian ham
Preparation

Blend the melon with the yoghurt, the whipping cream, the ginger, the nutmeg and the salt.
Refrigerate the soup before serving about 1 hour.
Serve and decorate with skewers of melon and chopped serrano ham.
