3 melons , ripe
2 tablespoons honey
1/4 cups lemon juice
1/2 cups orange juice
1/4 cups port wine

Cut the melons and remove the seeds. Scoop out the flesh.
Cut the melon flesh into pieces and process it in a food processor. Add the honey, lemon juice, orange juice, and Port. Process until smooth.
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
